Janice Fielding - Financial Services Manager

Having worked in the financial services industry since 1983, Janice joined Brett and Randall in 1993 having previously worked for Phoenix Assurance in London, Friends Provident and Norwich Union in Leicester. 

Janice attained the Certificate of Corporate Business Development from the University of Nottingham in 1993 and attained Fellowship of the Chartered Insurance Institute in 2002. Janice is one of the first people in the country to be awarded the title Chartered Financial Planner, a title awarded after completion of a suite of qualifications. Janice went on to achieve the Fellowship of the Personal Finance Society in 2007, the premier qualification for those working in the Financial Services profession and measured at Degree standard. Janice is a Chartered Financial Planner, FCII FPFS.

Helen Dean - Financial Services Manager

Helen joined Brett & Randall in 1988 and has progressed to a senior position within the company as Financial Services Manager, having gained valuable first hand experience throughout 22 years continuous service.

Helen is responsible for management of the team as well as the administation of new and existing business. Helen is an important link between the financial services team, advisers, clients and investment companies, ensuring we continue to deliver a first class service. Helen is also responsible for the administration of specialist pension schemes including SSAS and SIPP arrangements, including property purchase.

Jayne Morris - New Business Administration Manager

Jayne joined Brett & Randall in March 1999 having previously been employed by a large insurance company. Responsible for the speedy and efficient medical underwriting of insurance applications, Jayne also ensures the accuracy of issued policy documents, investment fund switches and provides key client support services.

Carole Evans - Senior Financial Services Administrator

Carole joined Brett & Randall in October 2001 having previously worked within the banking sector. Carole is responsible for the processing and administration of new business and ensures the smooth running of Group Pension Schemes.

Tamnna Bharkhada - Senior Financial Services Administrator

Having joined service in July 2005 from University with a First Class Degree, Tamna provides administration services on behalf of clients and key support services to the advisers. Responsible for the administration of new and existing business, Tamna is in contact with clients as well as acting as an important link between clients, the administration team and the advisers.

Chelsey Cunningham - Financial Services Administrator

Chelsey joined Brett & Randall in July 2008 having previously lived and worked abroad. Responsibilities include liaising with pension and investment companies regarding the research of client's investment and pension plans, the preparation of client valuations and the administration of existing business.

Anne-Marie Burbank - Account Manager


Anne-Marie joined Brett & Randall in February 2003 and is the company's Account Manager. Responsible for running the accounting department of the business, Anne-Marie monitors and reports on costs and income to the business, as well as other related business responsibilities.
